Vegas, Baby! is the twelfth episode of the first season of Code Monkeys. It is preceded by Wrassle Mania and followed by Revenge of Matsui.
Plot[]
Dave and Jerry are busy packing for the Gamey Awards, located in Las Vegas' Video Game and Computer Convention (L.V.V.G.C.C.). Jerry is excited that he and Dave's recent title, Floating Space Rocks: The Revenge, is nominated for an award.
Assuming they are going to an airport, Mr. Larrity instead takes them in his private jet and fly everyone to Vegas as airlines won't allow him to bring his weapons onboard. Along with them are a trio of shady men, who jump out of the jet mid-flight after listening to Todd's obsessive talk about nacho cheese. After a brief dogfight against enemy planes, the gang arrive in Las Vegas
Once they arrive at the convention Larrity gives Dave and Jerry the first shift at the Game-a-vision booth as Jerry signed up for it much to Dave's boredom and displeasure. Everyone else goes off to explore: Black Steve and Clarence go to the shooting range, Mary and Claire go to a male strip club, Todd goes to a sci-fi mixer cosplaying as Gizmo from Gremlins, and Mr. Larrity goes off to play poker with millionaires as Benny watches.
At the mixer, Todd meets a woman cosplaying as a robot and hits it off. As he prepares to leave from a successful one night stand, the robot reveals herself to be a hooker and demands payment. Todd realizes that the fact that she actually let him have sex with her is a sure sign of her identity and tries to give the hooker an alternate. Her pimp, Ugly, comes out and is irate about the nerdy programmer not having money, giving an ultimatum: find a new woman for his stable or he'll kill him.
Back at the GameAVision booth, Dave's boredom reaches its limit, after he meets his old boss Steve Wozniak. Dave finally takes action by leaving the booth and literally dragging Jerry with him. They head to the desert where they meet a one-eyed fireworks dealer who sells the two a box of old fireworks, one of them Dave uses to blow up a salamander. Jerry wants to go back to the booth but when Dave tells his friend that it'll be OK. Meanwhile Mr. Larrity is still in a high stakes game of poker with his opponent Gill Bates and against, Benny's advice, Larrity bets GameAVision and losses.
Everyone gathers to find out the booth is completely vandalized, courtesy of Belicovision. Jerry flips out and briefly beats Dave up. Todd hands Clare over to Ugly to clear his debt. Larrity soon comes along and informs everyone of his loss and their new boss: Gill Bates. The silver lining comes when, during the Gamey Awards, Jerry wins as he hoped, but before he could give his speech, Gill Bates pushes him out of the way and takes the podium, effectively stealing Jerry award and spotlight. When Bates begins mispronouncing everyone's names, Black Steve (called White Steve) comes up and shoots him. As Bates is about to be taken to the hospital, Benny challenges him to one more Poker game. He beats Bates and wins back the company (albeit by cheating). In exchange for 6 bags of sugar, he then returns the rights to Larrity.
As the staff leaves Las Vegas, they pick up Claire, who is working comfortably as a new hooker. When Ugly shows up and demands her back, Dave tosses his last lit firecracker at Ugly setting the pimp ablaze.

Trivia[]
- It is revealed that Jerry has an unnamed mother who passed away the week before the convention. This directly conflicts with what Jerry said in Wrassle Mania, when he clarified with Mr. Larrity that his mother passed away when he was 11 years old.
